You will get NITs and IIITs, there are total 31 NITs different NITs has different ranking according to NIRF, which field /branch  you are getting in counseling that matter and if you want to pursue CSE/IT then IIITs are best and there are 5 IIITs under MHRD and rest are private- public partnership Institute but their ranking, placement are also good. If you want to pursue other branches then go for NITs. Every Institute is good in its own,how well you do it will create opportunity for you in the future.

As per your OBC-NCL category in JEE Mains 2019, you cannot get a seat in any of the NITs, IIITs or GFTIs. Even the girls reservation won't help you seek admission into the NITs/IIITs/GFTIs. But you can apply for private institutions that accept JEE Mains score or those who conduct separate admission tests and counselling processes. Good luck. 

Hi ! It seems hard for you to get a government college like nit or IIIT or GFTI through Jossa counselling. They demand bit higher ranking. Your rank is not enough to get admission in these colleges. You should have rank between 30000 which is maximum. So hope you understand and best of luck to you. Given below a link will be useful for you.
