dear aspirant,

yes you can attened to interview if you get psu then they asked to submit the degree certificate

before that their no need to use of degree certificate.

Hi

yes you can answer the interview. The PSU will ask you to submit the degree certificate if you get selected Ask your college to provide you with provisional degree certificate. You probabily will have to fill a form.
