so i am currently doing BA programme and in my last year but i am learning german from max mueller too and it will be completed before my graduation . so can i apply for masters in german in jnu

Yes you can apply for M.A. in German in JNU. As the eligibility criteria says that, for admissions in M.A German, candidates must have a Bachelors Degree in any discipline under 10+2+3 education pattern securing at least 50% marks in aggregate with adequate proficiency in the German language. As you are doing a course in German language, so it will be an advantage for you.
