You have to fill your neet score there
And then they ask about college altotment then fill yes

but it asks for CET (common entrance test)number , how can i fill my neet score there?

Karnatka state take admission for medical and paramedical through cet exam .after neet they consider neet score only for mbbs BDS seats.
Karnatka domicile students already registered in month of march they have to enter their neet score only now.so this website design like this
