You need to qualify National Eligibility cum Entrance Test that is,NEET to be able to study MBBS and Bachelor of Dental Surgery (BDS), in all the government Medical colleges as well as private Medical colleges in India except for AIIMS and JIPMER. For the latter two, you need to clear their respective entrance examinations. You can however,go for Medical Colleges abroad. They have different set of admission criteria.
You can easily qualify NEET if you work hard with sheer perseverance. To just qualify NEET,make sure you are thorough with your NCERT Physics,Chemistry and Biology.
Hope this helps.
Good luck.
