I hope you are doing good. I would like to aware you about the education culture of abroad .In abroad after graudation  people look for two ways either to do masters if they want to have research  carrier or to do post graudation diploma if they want to land in some good company with a decent salary . So if you want to go for job , then do a pg diploma course in your specialised fields of chemistry like solid state, analytical  chemistry etc to boost your resume according to requirement of that country otherwise if you have work experience than you can directly apply for their job . But i would suggest you to pg diploma 1 year course or 2 year according to your finanical situation
