Thapar is way better. Better placements, better package, better alumini ratings
Chandigarh university. More companies will be coming. You will get placed if you have that skill to impress.
Though Thapar is unprecedented but Chandigarh University is good as well, efficient teaching learning methodologies, research faculty and learning enriched environment. It also has a lot of extra curricular activities.
