PWD are physically handicapped people, if you are a pwd candidate you need to provide a valid certificate and you are sent to hospital, there you are checked and than allowed to give exam as pwd candidate.About benefits, pwd candidates get 4 hours to attempt paper in jee,also their cutoff is the lowest ranging between 1 to 10, and in 2018 the cutoff for pwd went in negative, they also get physical help during examination.
