I got 50 percentile in jee main January 2020 (pwd) is there availability of seat in NIT's . and what is cutoff for jee advanced in pwd

On the basis of this rank, a candidate cannot get any NIT but as you belongs to reservation category you can try for a chance but I would suggest you to prepare for JEE-Advance exam because percentile given by you is sufficient to qualify for JEE-Advance for your reservation category.
Last year JEE-Main cut-off for PwD category was 0.11371730 percentile.
