What is the date for commencement of counseling for APPGECET-2019 qualified candidates (not for Gate/Gpat candidates)?

The second phase of counselling will start from August 9 and we expect that a few more seats will be filled. but this is just a tentative date and no official date has been announced as such still in process of the same and ao will be informed once updated on the website.
