what is the domicile rules for central - PSU , employees children posted in state of Maharashtra?

I am PSU employees transferred form CG in 2010,my child was born in CG Iin 2003 ,he studied from 2010 to 2021 in Maharashtra ,for college admission he requires domicile certificate of maharashtra what I do pl advise
