dear aspirant,
For each of the above, the first round will have a free exit. This means that the student can exit from the first round counselling if they have been allotted a seat in Ist Round and even if they do not report to the allotted college they would not be penalized. They also can appear for the consecutive counselling rounds with the same registration Id of the first round.
However, during the second counselling round, the candidates who are participating in it, get the college, are not allowed to exit from the counselling procedure. However, there is another option. If the candidate who has been allotted seat in this round, but does not want to join the college can exit from the counselling process. They will have to exit with forfeiture of the security money.
best of luck.
Dear Aspirant
There is no set procedure for withdrawing your name out of counselling process after round-1.
There is no need to report to any college or authority since there is free exit which means you can silently leave the counselling and do nothing for further procedures for round-2 and also you'll be consider for refund amount too though the refund process will be done after all the rounds.
Hope this helps you.
