Dear Aspirant,
Yes , you can participate in 2nd counselling .Infact, 2nd couselling is kept for those students who are confident enough to get their seat in better college than the college you got in 1st counselling . If you are confident enough that you will get better college than 1st then go for it.
ALL THE BEST.
Dear Satheesh,
Since you didnt join your allotted college in the first round, you are not eligibile to participate in the second round. As per the counselling rules, candidates who will be allotted a seat in NEET AIQ first counselling round, they will be required to either reject the allotted seat or report to the allotted college and complete the admission formalities, before the last date of reporting to college. Candidates who choose to accept the allotted college in round one will also be eligible to participate in NEET 2018 AIQ counselling second round, provided they express their willingness for the same in the online portal.
