Have you paid the fees? If yes then wait for the correction window. It will be announced in January. If you have not paid then log in and edit it.

Is it a major mistake??
You will always be able to correct mistakes you entered in your form during the correction window, which is generally open in January. Keep checking JEE website . Nothing to worry.
