Dear Ranganath,
Obviously it might end up in trouble if you don't rectify before the deadline of submitting the application form or before the results being declared.
Try calling the JEE help line and ask for suggestion regarding your issue or else in case if you are selected for the admission you need to submit an wriiiten declaration form about stating your education board with valid proofs attested and having your sign ,if possible notary may be required.
