Hi Uma ,
Sorry to say but no Maharaja Agrasen Medical college is not possible with your score. For All India Quota 495 is very low for this particular college and even Haryana's state quota has a higher cut off.
I would suggest that if you have UP's domicile , appear in UP' s state counselling.
You may get to fetch a seat in

U.P. Rural Institute of Medical Sciences & Research, Etawah
