Can a student with delhi domicile get into maharaja agarasen medical College agroha with 550 marks in neet 2019(general candidate)

B.D.Sharma Institute of Medical Sciences and  in 2018, under All India Quota, this college gave a seat to 618 marks under General Category. In this connection, 550 marks is a less score. Hello dear, you surely can apply for admission in college under state quota but it's cannot be presicely said that if you get admission or not, being a general category candidate requires really high score ,your marks are certainly very good but competition is hard so one could only expect to get good favours.
