Dear Aparna,

First of all congratulations for getting 551 in NEET 2018.
Though getting a MBBS seat depends on the category you belong ( i.e general / reserved) or the state you belong, It is likely that you will get MBBS seat in government medical college of Kerala under obc category. So just stay calm and wait for results to be announced.

You have less chances for admission to Government Medical Colleges under All India Quota. You have chances for admission to private colleges.
