The entry in bit mesra, ranchi is on the basis of two examinations , i.e. jee main and Jharkhand Engineering Entrance Competitive Examination (JEECE) . The students can appear in any of these to get into the college . In jee main you need to qualify secure a good rank

You haven't mentioned whether you belong to Rajasthan or Haryana. Neverthless, in both these States, Jat belongs to OBC. Now if you fall under OBC Non creamy layer, you will have to select OBC-NCL as your Category. But if your annual household income is more than the Non creamy layer

All you can do right now is, when you apply to colleges through your MAT score, please be careful and add B.com as your graduation details and make it justifiable wherever
