Eligibility Criteria

Educational Qualification

Basic elementary knowledge in biology is required along with being undergraduate or postgraduate students in Nanotechnology or Biotechnology.

Certification Qualifying Details

Biomedical nanotechnology certification by NPTEL and IIT Roorkee is for participants only when they fulfill both the criteria of getting 30/75 and 10/25 in the final examination and assignments respectively. Not attaining any one criteria even if the total is 40/100 will be considered for the certification.

The final certification offering is based on what marks the candidates have in total secured from both the assignments and the end exam. The candidates on an average from 4 assignments have to definitely secure 10/25, and from the final tutor-based exam, they have to get at least 30/75. The total when added comes to 40/100 which is a must for securing the final certificate. Not fulfilling the minimum marks will not guarantee the end certificate.
