Hi,
Congrats, based on previous years trends the corresponding CRL rank for this percentile would be around 45000-55000. However, since you have a state quota and OBC reservation, you have a good chance to get NIT Trichy. I would advice you to look for other top NITs as well.
Please go through the below mentioned link.

Hello,
You may require a laptop from the second year when they start lab so that you can practice the experiments in your room. Also you may require the laptop in the third and final year for your seminar, mini project and main project.
However nowadays the faculties take lectures with the help of Powerpoint presentation. You can study the same with the help of your smartphone or the library, but if you feel it is better for you to have a laptop in such situations the I suggest you get a laptop in the first year. You can read the soft copy versions of your textbooks, guides, etc which would be difficult in a smartphone and library may have restrictions in the timings.
SO it is upto you, but by the time you have to do your seminar and projects you will have to have a laptop.
Good Luck
Hi
I am considering you from general category
This is a bit difficult to predict the marks/percentile/rank required in JEE mains to get a seat in nit as cut off keeps changing every year depending upon various factors like number of students that appeared in the exam, kind of marks obtained by them , toughness level of the jee main examination , number of seats available for the branch you want etc.
When we go through previous year trend then ,
In round 6 of josaa counselling 2020 , for general category for gender neutral to get computer science engineering , 4728 was closing rank for home state state in nit trichy
You can check the same at
https://josaa.nic.in/Result/Result/currentorcr.aspx
And 4728 rank around 175 marks ,for this you can refer to our page, the link for the same is provided below
https://engineering.careers360.com/articles/jee-main-marks-vs-percentile
But yes, cutoff keeps changing every year so to be on the safer side target at least 190 marks in your JEE main 2021.
Now,
limited time is left for jee mains 2021 , so focus on your preparation, to prepare well for your jee examination, go through chapters first and your focus should be on grasping concepts , practising questions and then revising them, go through mock test paper sample papers and previous year question papers as it will let you know your preparation level and and weak areas so that you can work on them and perform well in your examination.
If you have any other doubt then you can always reach us to clear them :) we are always available to help you out and guide you
Thankyou

Hi
Your profile suggests that you are from Tamilnadu so you are eligible for home state quota for NIT Trichy
This is a bit difficult to predict the rank required in JEE mains to get a seat in NIT trichy as cut off rank keeps changing every year depending upon various factors like number of students that appeared in the exam, kind of marks obtained by them , toughness level of the jee main paper 2 examination .

Now that,
limited time is left for jee mains 2021 , so you should be focusing on your preparation,
practising chapterwise questions
then revising the chapters,
solve at least previous 10 year question papersas concept behind the question often gets repeated in the examination so it will be of great help in your preparation ,
go through mock test papers as it will let you know your preparation level and and weak areas so that you can work on them and perform well in your examination.
Thankyou
Dear aspirant,
The minimum marks can't be predicted as these parameters vary every year depending upon several factors. But as per my observations if you score a 98+ percentile you should be able to get atleast the lowest branch in nit Trichy but for cse and other non core branches you need atleast 99.8+ percentile.
Hello Aspirant,
As we go through the latest cut-offs of 2020 of 6th round of JOSAA then it shows that the closing rank for :
CSE in NIT Warangal
Other state - OBC-NCL - 594

Other state - OBC-NCL - 242
ECE in NIT Warangal
Other state - OBC-NCL - 1571
ECE in NIT Trichy
Other state - OBC-NCL - 1011
Now to secure such ranks you should aim your JEE-Main 2021 score at least 150 to 180 marks out of 300 and percentile against this is expected to be round 99 .

The infrastructure of college is quite good , big and well designed . The classroom is properly ventilated and has smart board for effective learning, The library has all the books of different categories and students can issue any of the books in respective time. There are many grounds for respective sports and properly maintained periodically.
It’s campus is so big that moving from one department to other requires a lot of time else you can use bicycles. The view of college is amazing. There is wifi facility along big big classrooms and labs. I don’t suggest you the mess food.
So the campus is having very beautiful greenery all around which makes the best nit of india look great. The hostels are although developed but their can be some improvements to make it advanced. I like the mess food.
