If we look at previous year's cutoff for Computer Science Engineering at NIT Tricky, the closing rank for SC category (Other State) in the last round was 198. For females (including supernumerary), the closing cutoff was 335. The cutoffs vary each year and depend on the number of students appearing for JEE (Mains), seats available, etc. The National Testing Agency (NTA) will release the cutoffs for this year after the completion of JEE (Mains) 2021. It is difficult to predict the exact percentile required but you should aim for a percentile of 98 or above.

Yes, since you are from Female Category as well as OBC Quota, I believe you have fair chances in securing a seat in B.Arch at some of the Good NITs and other Top Architecture Institutes accepting JEE Main Paper 2 Score. On the basis of NIRF Engineering Ranking 2020:

NIT Trichy is currently the 9th best engineering college (including IITs) in India, and the best NIT in the country. While, IIITDM Kancheepuram is included in 182nd position of all the Engineering Colleges of our country.

On the basis of Fees (for BTech course)

The average semester fees of both colleges are almost similar and lies in the range of INR 65,000 to 72,000. The hostel fees are also identical and lies in the range of INR 28,000 to 32,000.

On the basis of Placement (For BTech/Undergraduate courses)

Closing rank for Architecture in 2019 was (Home State, Male, OBC) was around 1043 (JEE Main paper 2 rank). We can't predict the percentile of JEE Main paper 2 but if you get category rank under 1000, You have pretty good chances for getting into NIT Trichy.

There is a chance for other NITs but the cutoff marks for NIT Trichy remains quite high and chances are low.According to your percentile you can expect a rank of about 1.5 lakhs to 2 lakhs.however the cutoff percentile is much less as compared to SC it is about 13k to20k in CS and 25k+ in other branches.So chances are lessHowever you can check the colleges you can get based on your percentile through the link I am giving below:
