I'm permanent resident of Tamilnadu.. But I'm studying 12th std in Telungana board. Im appearing for Jee mains 2021. Am I eligible for homestate quota in NIT Trichy in Tamilnadu if I get NOC from my school in Telungana?

No, You are not eligible for homestate quota in NIT Trichy.
If you are giving your board exams from some other state then you won't be eligible for homestate quota of NIT. You are eligible for homestate quota of that state from which you appear your 12th board exams. You will eligible for Homestate quota in NIT Andhra Pradesh.
