Assuming you are a General Category Non Tamil Nadu Student, you should target atleast 98-99 percentile in JEE Main, to secure your seat in either Metallurgical, Civil, Instrumentation or Production at NIT Trichy. The cut offs are different for different for different category candidates. The previous year cut off rank in NIT Trichy in architecture for home state female candidates are:

General: 1094

SC: 525

ST: 8007

OBC: 858
