The minimum marks can't be predicted as these parameters vary every year depending upon several factors. But as per my observations if you score a 98+ percentile you should be able to get atleast the lowest branch in nit Trichy but for cse and other non core branches

Both NIT Trichy and Warangal are top institutes with good ranking and excellent faculty . And CSE by itself will be the one among those departments with highest placement in most good institutes. So , if you study well, you will get a very good placement in both

Assuming you are a General Category Non Tamil Nadu Student, you should target atleast 98-99 percentile in JEE Main, to secure your seat in either Metallurgical, Civil, Instrumentation or Production at NIT Trichy. However, you do have some relief in cutoff, if you are a Domicile student, however 98 Percentile
