Eligibility Criteria 

B.Tech

Rs. 2.73 lakhs- Rs. 3.34 lakhs 

The Candidates must have passed the 10+2 level examinations with Physics and Mathematics as compulsory subjects and any one subject from Chemistry/ Biotechnology/ Technical Vocational subject/ CS/ IT/ Biology/ Informatics Practices/ Engineering Graphics/ Agriculture/ Business Studies and must have obtained a minimum 45% marks (40% marks for reserved category candidates) in all the subjects taken together from a Recognised University. 

OR 

The candidates must have a Diploma in Engineering or Technology with minimum 45% marks (40% marks for the reserved category candidates) subject to vacancies in the First Year if the vacancies at lateral entry are exhausted.

Diploma 

Rs. 2.40 lakhs 

The candidates must have passed 10th examinations or other equivalent SSC level examination with at least 35% marks from a recognised Board. 

M.Tech

Rs. 1.69 lakhs 

The candidates must have a Bachelor’s Degree in the relevant field with minimum 50% marks (45% marks for reserved category candidates) from a Recognised University.
