I tell you one thing Delhi university cutoff above 80 percent not below so your mark is low and your non attendance also but you are not eligible for Du

Repected sir my concern is, will Delhi universities will accept me as a hsc maharashtra board private (non attending)candidate even if I fulfill the asked cutoffs Marks? Can I apply for DU?
