Dear aspirant! As you have done your intermediate in commerce stream . As 91 % is enough marks to get admission  in delhi university but not in first merit list because the highest percentage goes upto 97 -99% for (general cat.) for your stream so in 2nd ar 3rd merit list you may be have better chance to get admission  in D.U. for this Your main subjects  marks should  be approx. 90% + atleast.

Mathematics is compulsory  for getting  b.com (hons.) Especially in north campus  of Delhi university.  

The best college  of north campus in delhi university  requires alteast 95% for getting  admission  in commerce  stream.

DU is one of the prestigious University in India.
It's cutoff is very high. One of the best college under DU demands best percentile ie. Above 97% , so it's quite difficult to get in there.
As you belong to OBC category having scored 91.75 percentage..it's enough to get admission in one of the college under DU.
But definitely you wouldn't be able to get the Top colleges.
