  • Candidates who are on the fence regarding their college of choice can take the help of DU college predictor 2021 .

. An aggregate of no less than 55% marks in English and a set of three best other subjects from the below: any language subjects (core/elective) from List A, Economics, Geography, History, Legal Studies, Mathematics, Philosophy, Political Science, Psychology and Sociology.

2. It should be noted that inclusion of any other subject from List B in the set of the best three will give candidates a deduction of 1% per subject, with a total deduction of 2%.

3. On the other hand, inclusion of any subject other than those in List A and List B in the set of the best three will give candidates a deduction of 2.5% per subject.

Hello Aspirant,

No you cannot take admission in BA Hons. in DU as the cut-offs are quite high so until and unless you belongs to any reserved category you have no chance to get seat in DU on such percentage.

If you are seeking admission in Delhi University for BA Hons. course then according to your percentage you will not get admission in any college of DU until and unless you belongs to any of the reservation category like SC/ST or OBC because for General category the cut-off percentage goes up to only 82-85% and that even for some minority colleges so it would be quite difficult for you to get into DU with such percentage in class 12th but yes also note that point that in most of the courses offered by DU, admission is based on the best four percentage and even for BA it is same, means out of your complete result opt out 4 subjects in which you have scored maximum percentage and if that goes above 80-82% which is very difficult in your case, then there are some chances that you can try for DU otherwise you should search for some other colleges for your required course.

For previous year's cut-offs kindly check out the link given below :-

I hope this information helps you.

Good Luck!!
