In order to get good college in NEET you need to score around 600. Open school students can apply in NEET exam you must be fulfilling minimum eligibility criteria i.e 50% marks in P/C/B rest depends on your marks obtained in the exam.

With this score, chances should be above average to get seat under state quota. So I would suggest you to try for the same.
