Yes,  With  a score of 500 you can secure a seat in the government medical colleges when comparing the results of previous years. But you have not mentioned which category you belong to. Yet, last year, a score of 493 was enough to fetch a seat in the Government medical college,  Khandwa I'm general category under the state quota.
