first i have to clear neet exam with suitable rank then in order to get admission in aiims i have to give another exam , is this the process ??

No there is no more Examination are required dear. If you qualified the NEET examination with good rank then you can go for counselling and AIIMS colleges mention there. If you getting any AIIMS after counselling result then just you have to take admission there. And you have to get 55% marks minimum in PCM subjects in your 12th class.

No, you don't need to give another examination after clearing Neet to get a seat in AIIMS.

You simply need to appear in NEET examination qualify it and then participate in all India counselling conducted by MCC and then on the basis of rank obtained by you in neet, you will be allotted  a seat in AIIMS.

In case if you belong to general category, then to get a seat in AIIMS Delhi you must get at least around 705 plus marks.

For example,

In neet 2020 cut off for AIIMS Delhi is provided below category wise which is the topmost medical college in India and has been ranked 1 in nirf ranking.

For other Aiims, you should target at least around 675 marks if you belong to general category

For example,

In neet 2020, 665 marks for general category was cutoff in AIIMS Nagpur
