I saw the scholarship details of GGSIPU of creative talent they provide scholarship for talent based activity and if I don't have any certificate or diploma for that but want to begin my acting learning so they really provide that in my case...

Sahil,It totally depends upon the criteria of the scholarship. Since you are mentioning here that they give scholarship to those who have some certificate or diploma in an creative field then of course once you acquire it they will let you have the scholarship, if you are eligible in all the criteria.I suggest you to please check the entire details of the scholarship, like age, type of certificate they want and other requirements.Then for sure you can avail the scholarship.Thanks
