Considering the high cut offs this year you have a decent chance to get into one of the college affiliated to GGSIPU excluding the top 2 colleges which are as follows; 

1. VIPS(May get close in between the range of 2000-3000) 

2. USSLS( in between the range of 500-1000) 

You can expect allotment in DIRD, CPJ and Gitaratan Institute of Business Studies.  Top 3 with outside delhi rank will be very difficult. 

Hello student I'm really sorry to inform you that with this Maks you can't get admission in top 2 nlu as we all know that seats are very limited and admission is directly based on category rank. But yes there's chances you'll get admission in 2nd or 3rd round if seats may go vacant just wait for counselling.
