Dear Vaishnavi, DU doesn't conduct entrance exam for B.Sc Computer Science course. Admission is on the basis of marks obtained in 12th standard. Every year DU releases cut offs for various courses and colleges, if your aggregate score of best four subjects falls under the cut off you can apply for the respective college.
For B.Sc(Hons.) CS, as per 2019 cut offs score of 90% or above fetched seat in good colleges under GEN CATEGORY but for top colleges like HANSRAJ COLLEGE, the minimum cut off was above 96%.
Also there are some colleges that provide 1% relexation to girls candidate.
