    Dear Midhun

    Inorder to take the branch in IIIT premises you should have a target of scoring 180+ marks in JEE mains for taking the college's like IIIT Hyderabad etc if you are from General Category and for the other categories students it may get vary based upon the category wise cuttoff . Below the link is given through which you can able to check the cuttoff for the IIIT institutions.
