Eligibility criteria for neet which are laid out by the NTA announces mainly that you must be of the age 17 by december 21 2019 at minimum to write the examination. The upper age limit eligibility for NEET is 25 years of age for unreserved category and if you belong to reserved catogory, then you can write the exam until you are 30 years of age. The fact that you have finished D.Pharm does not make you un eligible to write the exam.
