The eligibility criterion for neet is that you should have 50% aggregate marks in PCB,if you belong to general category and 40% aggregate marks,if you belong to obc/sc/st category.for general candidate,the upper age limit is 25 years while for obc/sc/st candidate it is 30 years so if you full fill this criterion then you are eligible for neet 2019.i hope this information helps you.
