You have scored average marks in your class 12th CBSE exam, but it doesnt matter much if you only want to persure BA for graduation and you have other plans for future forward.Though most of the top colleges and universities like DU set cutt off marks for admission which can vary from a maximum of 99% to a minimum of 75(rare) or 80% .
But if you purpose of doing BA is just to hold a graduation degree then you can get admission in any normal and less reknowned college with this percentage.
