Sorry to say but being a Outside UP candidate, 14k rank in UPSEE won't fetch you a seat in CS in JSS Noida or KIET, Ghaziabad because the cut off for these colleges are very high for Candidates taking admission through All India Quota.
You can get ICE at JSS and ECE,CE,EEE and EIE at KIET.
These are the official records of AKTU cut off.
If you want to go for CSE, go for another college such as G.L.BAJAJ or NIET.
