Well, basing upon your general category and OBC  rank in WBJEE, you may have the chance for getting admission in Jadavpur, but may not get your desired branch. But still you can give it a try at the time of counseling since you're a OBC candidate and it's better to apply for colleges in your own home state so that the chances of getting admission are high.
