According to your question and taking into consideration that you have got 15k rank in jee mains 2020 and considering you have got this in sc category.
I would like to tell you that it is next to impossible to get a seat in mhtcet and that too a good college.
I would say you should look for other colleges as a backup as these colleges have very high cut off.
