No ,there is no chance to get CSE branch for the rank 17735 .The cutoff changes every year depending on the no.of candidates appeared for the exam. And you may get CSE general there is 50% chance so try it dont be disappointed if not try for jee main and try other colleges according to your IPE marks and jee main percentile.
