hey chiru,seeing this year's cutoff which went very high that even the students getting 500 marks were confused about their collleges.So, with these marks you have slighhter  chances of getting state quota colleges but they would be average ranked colleges.Yes you have chances of getting mbbs seat,so dear go for counsellings and try your luck,all the best
