This year the admission cut-offs for medical colleges have gone very high. And with 482 as the closing score for the 2nd round of counselling, it is highly unlikely that you will get a seat in the third round, even under the reserved category. However, you should still apply for the third round as it involves allotment of the seats that have been given up by other candidates.

With the last round of state quota counselling going to start in Telangana , very very less number of seats remain vacant to be filled . With a score difference of 17 it is really difficult to get a seat from your category. The chances are there but very low to be honest.
