You can check the cut off ranks for NITs for the year 2019 by clicking the link below

Considering 2019 cut off, it is difficult to get seat in B.Arch under OBC-NCL category in NITs. You may have to seek admission in any other colleges accepting JEE Main Paper 2 score. Cut off changes every year depending on number of candidates appeared, difficulty of exam and number of seats available.
