i am not qualified in jee advanced but i have qualified in jee main my jee main rank in OBC-NCL is 16000 can i get seat in nit suratakal

You cannot get a seat in nit suratakal with your rank in the 1st round itself. But there is a thin line possibility of you getting a seat in the last round .
