I got 70 percentile for jee 2020 so can i get to nirma University through all india category (by seeing the covid 19 situation)

Regardless of the COVID-19 situation, 70 percentile is quite less of a score.
But, you should check the cutoffs once!

My friend got into NIRMA CSE branch last year with a score of 148 in jee mains.
For other branches, it will be some points lower than this.
