2. Private Colleges :

   • VIT, SRM, LPU : Take their entrance exams (VITEEE, SRMJEEE) – easier to crack.

3. Improve Rank :

   • Drop a year, study harder, and retake JEE Main 2026 for a better rank.

4. Other Paths :

   • Diploma + Lateral Entry : Do a diploma, then join B.Tech directly in 2nd year.
