Based upon your score in NEET 2018, and the previous year cutoff, chances are less for admission to Government Medical Colleges under All India Quota and state quota. You may have chances in Deemed Universities.
And if you wish to take admission in Tamilnadu then you will be eligible to apply for the management quota seats in private colleges.

Sorry to say that but you won't be able to get any medical college as your marks are very low but you can try for management quota seats in private and deemed medical colleges. I hope this information helps you.
