You can get NIT Agarthala for Electronics and Communication in atleast last round of counselling, if you're under HS quota. The cutoff is around 200000 there for EC under HS quota. But if you're under OS quota, you will have to wait for spot round, as the cutoff is around 27000. This is for GEN category, and any reservation will be helpfull.
